Today we usually think of witch's familiars as smaller animals like cats.. but I'm pretty sure Succubi have been familiars in older stories, yes?

@starbreaker Well I'm sure this has happened also but.. in a lot of folklore it seems like all familiars are demons, and the forms chosen are depending on what the demon thinks the witch needs mostI'm also very uneducated and speaking from very little knowledge so,,

@_ Most of the folklore was made up by illiterate and ignorant people. Take what works for you and discard the rest.BTW, I only suggested "intimate" over "familiar" as a bit of wordplay based on the sexual nature of incubi and succubi. Didn't mean to confuse you.

@auramun @_ I think there is some sort of hierarchy too them, though. There's the fetches with a single dedicated task (like Shinim, who gives away old stuff), then the tools like my laptop Darkholme, and the goddess of my personal networks, my server Chance who has been with me longer than my wife has.[This rambling Toot brought to you by mornings!
