Hot take: Tesla is a tech company, not a car company.Deny it as much as you'd like, but it's financed, managed, and structured like a tech company.

Fuck, the way they deliver their products? Just like a tech company. If Ford or GM delivered cars like Tesla does, you'd be at their fucking throat demanding a refund. For Tesla? Business as usual. And Tesla tends to attract techbros who think this shit is normal cause DISRUPTION.

No seriously if I ordered a car and was told "you'll get your car in three years because people who paid double the price you did for options have priority and also we're making your model at a loss" I'd fucking sue the company, and rightly so. But Tesla, you signed and agreed to that nonsense.

Especially cause the low-end Teslas are STILL fucking expensive and you don't get a federal tax credit from them anymore cause they sold their max limit

@ElizafoxHot take: if Tesla were "operating at a loss to improve adoption" they wouldn't cost more than two years of an average human salary.
