@cdmnky That or the driver is sending PS and the printer is expecting PCL. That would give a ton of pages either blank or with up to one line of garbage characters, which the sysadmin will have to sort through to reuse the blank ones. (Not speaking from personal experience or anything. I, uh, have a friend...)
