Hmm....currently, if you are using brutaldon on Pleroma:* You can read formatting that was added with Markdown on a Pleroma instance* You cannot add formatting with Markdown (this probably requires a Mastodon.py update)If you are using brutaldon from a Mastodon instance, Mastodon strips the formatting that Pleroma users may have added with Markdown. How rude.

@gcupc the formatting is an extension to the Mastodon API. if you can provide your own extra params, the keyvalue pair is: `content_type=text/markdown`. you can also do HTML as `text/html`.

@kaniini That's exactly the information I needed, thanks. I'll probably have to submit a pull request to Mastodon.py for it, but that's doable.Where can I find what markdown (and what HTML) is allowed in posts?
