no offense but every life is so wonderful and unique, with so much to offer, so many experiences to have and emotions to feel, so many people to affect even in ways that seem small.... every life is inherently valuable due to this, including the lives of people who believe theirs dont matter

@spongebob I dunnnnnnoooo. There's some pretty worthless people. We've got murderers, rapist, pedophiles.. etc. Some of these people add nothing of value. If we default everyone to valuable, then nobody is really valuable because everyone is just average.

@Siedge this is a pretty pessimistic way of looking at things. do you think that saying "i love you" a lot makes the words lose their meaning?yes life has inherent value, and some choose to squander that value for evil, reprehensible things. nobody is born worthless, we are born full of potential for greatness

@spongebob Oh sure.. we all have potential, but some people throw it away... and yes I do believe it loses value if you love everyone. It's like being in a relationship with one person vs a million. Let's say you had sex with atleast 1000 different people daily. The experience wouldn't be special and wouldn't mean anything.People start off valuable but then the value changes based on decisions they make. And even if someone is an amazing person, I don't know them so..

@Siedge i didnt really want this post about positivity and self-love to become a springboard for people to complain about why they think love has some kind of limited quantity and for someone to pull a gotcha on me like i wouldn't kill p*dos and other horrible people with my bare hands hjfgs... this post isn't a commentary on our society and its issues, this post is intended to incite positivity and self-love in the people here, who i believe deserve it. i don't really wanna discuss this further
