       @JonQuanThis is incorrect, I see no reason for them to change that and there is no indication that they'd do anything different than what they're doing with AndroidTechnically fuschia is more open source than android currently is

       @teko google did the same thing with chrome. Chrome is proprietary shit while Chromium is open source for the most part

       @JonQuanThis is all true but you said in your OP that closed source fuschia is replacing open source android which isn't true. It'll be like android now and chrome now where it's just an open source base recompiled with Google software and features baked in which is business as usual and ok in my book as long as the base is still FOSS
