@somarasu ahaha yeah me too! 💜 💛 💙but I meant like, serverless websites that do everything in the frontend in order to put all data and computing in the hands of the user. p2p web things and stuff^^

@eel @somarasu Until p2p really takes off, I'm trying to find good backendless / BaaS tools that act like Firebase.

@jrc03c @somarasu making p2p really take off is our all's job!maybe take a look at @neauoire's rather minimalist approach with Oscean and the Rizen framework https://wiki.xxiivv.com/#osceanI think it's a really interesting way of doing things :)

@eel @jrc03c @somarasu @neauoireYou might appreciate itty.bitty.site it's a txt.fyi but it contains the whole site in the URL. It's completely serverless if I'm understanding it correctly.

@eel @jrc03c @somarasu @neauoire I'm a big fan of txt.fyi but I don't enjoy the idea of it existing on a server outside my control so I wondered about some link encoding, those people did a far better job than I ever could. So when you mentioned it I got excited that someone else like the idea of effectively notes, that are web, but not quite. The idea of somehow updating these through a sort of daisy chain effect has been intriguing. Digital couriers of our own content.Manual human rss

@Hamman @eel @jrc03c @somarasu I love the idea of txt.fyi, it'd be more fun if anyone could just spin their own parsers, is it not on GitHub?. But it's hardly a solution for more complex sites, like a portfolio, a blog, etc.

@eel @somarasu @neauoire tbh, I looked into Oscean and Riven a while back, but they were too opaque for my feeble mind. Maybe someone could give me a primer?

@jrc03c @eel @somarasu Taking all of Oscean is not the right way to go about it. It's better to pick and choose from the tools. They're all standalone libraries.http://wiki.xxiivv.com/Oscean
