🍑 I still can't get over our operating systems course at uni where the prof was like "so we disable interrupts while we're handling the interrupt" and I was likewait, what happens if you get two interrupts in rapid succession?and he was just "well hopefully if we're fast enough handling it that won't happen" andat that point I realised how a lot of OS dev is literally "gosh I hope this works"

@lightdark most/all kernels have policies about what you can do inside interrupt handlers (not much).
