@lanodan @duckfs still doesn't seem like a "shutdown" to me. WP is mostly mercy kill at this point, or coup de grace or something. Basically platform sucked as everything microsoft did, it barely got any traction and support from virtually anyone, and in the end they killed it in agony, worse than Zune.Other than that they aren't killing bing for some reason. I don't know what they even have except for W10, XBox, Skype.

@duckfs @hj Mozilla killed mozembed and xulrunner, servo is not a standalone lib.And honeslty wouldn’t be surprise that spidermonkey would be shut down as a lib.So Firefox is as usable as a base as Chrome, but one has much more user share than another.

@lanodan @duckfs i think you could still make a browser on top of firfox's code but that's probably not what microsoft want and blink is just an easy way out.But yeah, embedding firefox is not as easy as it used to be, and shame on mozilla for that. BIG SHAME.
