       @ldopa Hmmmm. Riffing off people is how I meet people tho. I mean do no harm and all but, riffing is core masto skill set imo

       @Lumb true but I just think back on like when people were riffing on seagazelle but they didn’t even follow her or like know her so she felt very weird about it. When you do it I think it comes more from yeah getting to know someone and have fun together, maybe that’s what makes the difference more. If it’s a joke about someone or like with somone

       @ldopa Ohhhh yeah I get you. I see what ur getting at now. Like, randos riffing off randos like if I wasn’t mufos since forever with healyn and I pulled that “idk who healyn is” toot beans. That’s a good point, dynamics matter.

       @Lumb yeah exactly!! Like riffing in general with people = good, but riffing about one person in specific without the context = no good
