       funny thing - having a definition of "spoons" as a sort of "unit of effort" gave me a language that i didn't have before. i had never been able to put the entire concept into words.as a result of having this new definition, i've been able to look at my life and the stuff i need to do in a completely different way. i spend less time kicking myself. i spend more time on fun stuff.all i had to do was introduce the concept of "i don't have spoons for this atm" to myself.
