       After two long weeks of waiting, I'm finally holding my new headphones in my hands. Decided to go with the recently released Sony WH1000-XM3 and I'm not regretting a thing!Thanks for all your recommendations! It was a tough call between the Sony and the Bose QC35 in the end.

       @fribbledom Oh cool, I bought the WH1000-XM2 back in May to replace my aging and not very effective Bose QC15s. They've been pretty good for me :) Liking having wireless headphones after using wired ones for so long!
