So on my new Ryzen PC build I can't get Windows to install. Linux works fine (even under torture tests) but Windows installation ISO always gets hung at boot screen. So I tried to install macOS High Sierra (Hackintosh) on this PC this afternoon and everything works smoothly just as they are in Linux. So I guess now I have a PC that can run everything except Windows?

@PeterCxy Interesting. Did you buy that hardware on purpose or it just happens to work…?

@ewings I built it to use Linux and I tried to install Windows as a backup to run Adobe stuff the other day and Windows can't even boot to installation media. So I just tried macOS and surprisingly everything works. Now the only thing that doesn't work on this PC is Windows

Screw it, I don't need Windows for anything except Adobe software. MacOS will do just fine for this purpose. I have been using Linux for everything else for years.
