@nerthos @dirbto be fair, gasthe.lgbt is kind of a strange scenario. it's the first domain that i'm aware of that is actively a violation of the TOS/AUP of the TLD it is registered in. actually, i am kind of surprised that the registry allowed it to be registered in the first place -- you'd think they would have reserved it.

@alphakamp @nerthos @dirb for the most part, that is what i did as far as this instance goes.i did disclose the relevant abuse contacts though.and i did discuss the matter with telia (their only real upstream), since i was already discussing other concerns with them.

@kaniini @dirb Had they the foresight to reserve every posible domain name that could be used as a joke 1- they'd have a very short list of domains to sell and 2- they'd probably be selling domains under a more serious TLD than .lgbt considering it's just asking to be used for jokes
