Why don't I make YouTube violin videos now?Bitch I earned my grade 8 when I was 17. Think I spent the last 27 years PLAYING violin?

Playing violin SUCKED. Of all the instruments I enjoyed, violin was bottom rung. pretty much every string + wind instrument was preferable.

Sure, my highest grade is on violin *by necessity*. I NEEDED to have a grade 8 in something, so I chose the WORST instrument I played.

But let's face it: piano is infinitely more interesting. As is accordion. Violin is naught more than the most interesting string instrument, which places it behind percussion and wind, apparently.

The piano accordion has such complexity as to be downright mystifying to people, yet has to much capacity for joy.

The piano is the most versatile instrument ever, comprising voices new and old.

The violin is a gorgeous sound. Its high notes pierce the heavens and its low notes shake the earth, but it's frankly too boring for most young people to want to learn.

Violin is difficult as sin. The notation is spread among the strings to the point where a violinist needs to know their instrument before learning note position. Then they can learn the basics.

Let's not mention the fact that kids are garbage on everything they touch and should be kept away from everything.
