       @Sir_Boops Before I retired my LLC, I was faced with this decision quite a few times. My response is this: if one can't get the needed programming to work in a Linux distro, one should use the operating system that meets their need(s). (Of course, in the case of Windows, I add the necessary caveats and warnings.)
