@nosleep @igeljaeger we actually now have wamen quotas for bicc companies (basically 3 companies or so lol, all others are small ones) I personally disagree with this and would like equal opportunities for all... but they will use the statistics that woman earn less yada yada yada... they also don't pay military tax... which no one mentions ever.... also they work less on average and might get pregante and stuff.... I dunno.... I just feel fucked over by the system enough already... everynyan should just get treated equally....

@igeljaeger @nosleep well yeah because of all the leftist women... it is also a bad thing that there are so many men in the Bundesrat... and from what I have heared a women will get payed less than a man for the same job... tho I can't confirm and I think it just comes down to the potential weeks of absence because of a pregnancy....
