       does anyone have a good alternative for doing forms via google docs? i&#39;m considering just buckling down and writing myself a little lightweight php script that just dumps to a csv, but i&#39;m paranoid about security holes since i don&#39;t know php that well and having web-facing file write still spooks me &lt;_&lt;
