       i *personally* feel like 'polycule' can work for this but 'X's polycule' has the very strong implication that X is poly and a medium-strength implication that their polycule has more than one vertex

       @hierarchon In Japanese you could perhaps say “X-tachi”, where -tachi is often used to form what Westerners consider plurals, but strictly means something more like “and companions”. Perhaps if the desired use were better defined, it would be easier to pin down.

       @hierarchon Lots of mathematical things don’t have meaningful plain-language names, but I suppose you could refer to “the congeries of X”.
