@folk @frisk Don't come at me with that ex post facto shit, I made this part of the ToS clear before, and if it was not clear before it should be clear now.Several times I have clarified opinions are all fine, some actions are not. Organizing to wreck another instance is an action. Spam is an action. Both of these are bannable. There's absolutely nothing here that wasn't established a long time ago and explicitly and if you go look at @modfaggotry, you've been warned about this shit before.It's all justifiable at this point. @folk @modfaggotry The ToS exists for one reason: so that the site can continue to operate as an open platform for speech.I find this tiresome, I find the inter-instance drama tiresome, and I would like to not ban you.If you do it again, I will ban you, you've gotten like a million warnings, and it will not bother me in the least, so if you want to convince me it's fraudulent, you'll have to try harder than that. The better option would be to stop the dick-measuring contest.
