Gave a stylish reshape to the #LightDM GTK greeter on my #OpenIndiana box.

@sehnsucht How do you like OpenIndiana? I'm content with OpenBSD, but my first Unix was SunOS on SPARC, so I'm glad to see that legacy live on.

@starbreaker Different Illumos distributions have very different goals, and may import or not this or that features from the various upstream Illumos branches (mainly Illumos-gate and Illumos-joyent). OpenIndiana is mainly aimed at workstation, but is fairly usable on desktop too, although Tribblix and XStreamOS Desktop are probably better suited Illumos OSs

@sehnsucht Thanks. I'll keep that in mind if OpenBSD ever goes corporate the way Linux has. :)

@starbreaker @sehnsucht Hey didn't someone port Solaris' CDE to OpenBSD? I looked in ports but I couldn't find it. :flan_think:

@pertho @starbreaker I'm sure there was a port too, although indeed I fail in finding it at the moment. Guess it was deleted for some reason. Anyway, have a look at that for building instructionshttps://sourceforge.net/p/cdesktopenv/wiki/OpenBSDBuild/OpenIndiana's port was deleted too,and NetBSD's is unmaintained. FreeBSD's works reasonably but is a bit outdated. The only really well maintained port I'm aware of is Tribblix'.
