i'm doing the thingi thought about trying to do ~1200kcal/day again but i think my problem is that was too strict for me to stick toi'm gonna try 1550/day limit, but shoot for sub 1200 if i can manage, just on a day to day basis

1550 is enough for me not to feel uncomfortable and i still should lose a good amount of weight if i stick with it

@ky0ko@cybre.space i found it was good to do the basal metabolic rate calculator thing so i knew exactly what i had to aim for to gain/lose/stay the same rather than just a general estimategave me more purpose

@ky0ko@cybre.space ah yeah1200 is really hard and uncomfy to go to directlyeasier to go to an easier number thats still losing weight, lose it slower, than try fast and give up

@ky0ko 1550/day early on is great. Work your way slowly so you can eat less if you stop losing at 1550? BTW, looks like you made a bit of progress already! (and you're really cute!)
