@lynnesbian PETA are the single worst thing to happen to animal rights. everybody knows at this point that they kill most of the animals they take in and loads of other shit. I've played pokemon since I was like 3, I like animals so much the meat isle makes me fucking sad I I was almost broken seeing a fox die the other day, totally can see the correlation that pokemon normalises animal abuse

@lynnesbianFor all of their talk of animal liberation, they don't really do much. They often steal pets, claiming that domestication is cruelty, and 95% of the animals that end up in their shelters get killed. Also, they're pretty racist; they send hate mail to and harass Canadian and Alaskan Inuit for carrying out their native hunting practices.

@lynnesbian here's a fun thing: several high-profile German metal musicians (Arch Enemy's Angela Gossow and Kreator's Mille Petrozza spring to mind off the top of my head) are outspoken vegans and animal rights activistsand as far as I can tell all of them are fuckin PETA supporters rather than any of the less shitty local orgs and hnnnngrh
