       The year starts on the darkest dayYear has 365 or 366 days.A week has 5 days, 2-3 day weekends as one prefers73 weeks a year12 months of 30 days or 6 weeksEvery year and the end of beginning there is one separate holiday week of 5 or 6 days, which is not part of a month.Only real downside of this is you would always celebrate your birthday on the same day of the week.:)
