       @karen there's a regedit thing to stop wine from crapping the .desktop files everywhere that cause that but i forgot where i found itif you go in winecfg and dll-override winemenubuilder.exe to disabled it should stop it too, but that's a bit of a hack and it'll whine at you in the terminal

       @karenI do not have that kind of problem after switching to gnu/linux. There are a ton of nice image viewer to choose from. I don't know but I think since Windows 7, it have an image viewer (that a poor copy of the ones on linux) so why do you use that crap known as IE.
