@lynnesbian Lynne... you somehow just made me love you even MORE. WHAT. that game thing is cool as heck sweetie and this song is awesome, totally something I'd expect to hear in a grimey 90s game like Comix Zone or The Ooze (both of which are fucking great games, and partly due to their atmospheric music )

@lynnesbian @CornishRepublicanArmy the ooze was so weird and gave me strange body horror feels that still leave me unsettled. meanwhile i loved comix zone to death, i just wanted to play as the cute radio chatter lady friend instead of mulleted dipstick with a rat doing its honorable best to sub in for his lack of charm. strigils were so fun to fight in a neo-prince of persia, parry and riposte combat way. the need to find the opening was new to me.

@lynnesbian @CornishRepublicanArmy i think i have a better and fonder memory for medium-high difficulty games soecifically tho the ones that felt impossible at first but had so much you could learn that it stopped being a jumble and started reading, like a language, and where i could indulge that feedback loop to explore doing the one hard, learnable thing (play) ~perfectly~

@lynnesbian @brushy the ooze you could kinda 'heal' at least but comix zone you barely ever found any items, enemies were very hit spongy and I don't think I ever got past level 3. both had a really cool aesthetic though, industrial decay

@brushy @lynnesbian the number 1 reason to follow Lynne and I is to see us flirt back and forth and say "I love you" over the TL for hours at a time
