       @dar I live in a country which has 2 (or 3 if you count NI) supposedly open internal borders and that is still the case (especially that London uses not very subtle financial pressures to discourage Wales and Scotland from doing anything too "left wing" especially funding public services)and our people narrowly voted 2 years ago to scrap our integration with rest of Europe which was hardly 100% "open borders" to start with...
