       If your vehicle was equipped with a breath test lockout; could you then be simply in your parked vehicle drunk without being charged DUI (cos "intent")?

       @ZettaiRyouiki Just throw the keys into the trunk. At least here you are allowed to sleep in your car as long as you don’t have the keys within reach.
