the electricity company have sent me a 6 page electricity analysis stating that last year i used 2,665 kWh of energy and predicting, using their proprietary algorithm, that next year i will use 2,665 kWh. also they're my gas supplier too, so they have included another 6 pages which predict that since I used 2,137 kWh of gas, next year i will use 2,137 kWh of gas

@jk maybe they got the year wrong, and accidentally told the machine to predict what you did last year? and the 6 pages per thing were just the machine being confused as to why?
