@uonai Absolutely not haha. Right now it's just HTML and basic bootstrap CSS. Ultra brutalist.

@neauoire Sure. You want to see my HTML or the current site? I shared the site to @uonai

@neauoire @uonai Not yet. I'm just building the code locally, then I'll push it all to a domain I've picked out. It's got to be styled first.

@ian @uonai alright alright :) Looking forward to see, I saw the preview earlier, I think it's a good way to make lean websites.

@neauoire @uonai Yeah, the goal was just a single page portfolio under my name to link to my photos, writing, and film (coming soon). Though I do want to do something neat with some JS on the site. (Thanks to Colin for pushing me in the right direction!)

@ian @neauoire as long as you avoid having to compile your JavaScript to load your application, definitely keeps it light weight. Once you have to pull packages from NPM it all goes downhill... current design inspo is https://crockford.com so my view of perfection may be a bit skewed

@ian Not a fan of the left/right aligned elements. I'd pick one width, and go with that. The header, body, floating elements and footer each have different width. It makes a mess.

@neauoire Yeah, I gotcha. It's still in progress, but I've advanced it a bit since this. I'm okay with it being messy, as I am. I might tighten up the footer and title to match the bio, but the difference in widths doesn't bother me so much. It matches my drawing pretty well right now. Of course, all websites of mine are an endless work in progress.
