       Is there any way I can block a whole instance? I just don't need constant sex worker spam in my feed and it seems to come mainly from a few instances.🚫

       @tomasino Found it, it's under the ... you find under a post, click it and you can hide everything from whatever instance the user posted from. I hid the whole hooker instance, switter or swatter or whatever it was
