@danyspin97 Both sound very interesting, but I've found a couple of issues that maybe you know how to get around?Qubes: No idea how to use Windows 10 as one of the available VMs, and I think I'd need it for some programsTails: I'd like to install it on a computer, not just a USB stick, and not have the programs I install wiped after shutdown.

@9M252YDA I'm sorry, I really don't know. I have never used neither of them.Maybe you could use a more classic approach, like for example use a source based distro (which works like every other distro) and harden the kernel/enable security options.I'm sure there are many different ways to have a security oriented distro ;)

@9M252YDA @danyspin97 for someone that just switched, but willing to spend sometime time to learn and really take advantages of free software. I recommend distro hopping. try out many popular GNU/Linux distros is a good way to get yourself feel comfortable actually. I recommend fedora and Debian as starting points, to see if you want something that updates more or are more conservative, and get to know their styles.
