       Every Android app is able to track the list of IPs your browser connects to. No special permissions required. Not OK.Example of such app is "Net Monitor" at F-Droid.

       @crushv @jerky Indeed, but it seems very few actually want to stop using them.I got rid of my dumb phone a few years ago and it was a great decision to do so.

       @crushv @jerky I don't have one at all and I'm fine!If I had to get a phone for some reason, I'd get one of those 90s Nokia phones and just take the battery out when I'm not actively using it

       @crushv @jerky I just use a computer to talk to my friends, that is easier than a phone anyways
