       @jrc03c 9Front is still being developed. I'm still just learning plan9, but the most fun I'm having is to make apps talk to each other via 9P, it feels a lot more like an ecosystem of APIs, than your usual operating system. Give it a shot!Also, you can mod the OS, recompile from the OS itself, and see the change in real time, which kind of blows my mind.

       @neauoire Have you tried a solaris? SmartOS is not quite a workstation OS, but is pretty interesting technically. Indiana is more desktopy
