The book criticizes those who would hit an armory without first establishing their ground game.It says you should go inna woods with your boys and live there for Y E A R S in a sustainable, comfortable way -- off grid and without any kind of system support. And then, and only then, should you come out of the woodwork -- at random -- and strike random targets in such a way as to destabilize and ultimately bring about the collapse of the system.
