       left arm hurts more than it has in weeks and it's leaving me really depressed. every time i think i'm getting better it gets worse. all i have energy for is working and then barely any left over to play videogames. i haven't written in nearly two months and it's extremely disheartening. i don't want to just work. i want to create. i need hands to do that.i dunno. might double my PT appointments. we'll see. pls share your energy with me in this difficult time.
