       As the #Mastodon universe grows I see the "feeders" showing up more. That's what I call the people who simply use a communication tool to created a feed to read. Often these folks are all about re-toots. So, I open the profile and see the last 40 toots have been re-toots. To each their own. However, I'm here to have conversations and make connections. People, all people, are wonderful. Enjoy your feed, but if you want to talk, even better.

       @sikkdays Yeah I think I'm def guilty of that. And I totally agree. I think I'll definitely make an effort to try and stop boosting stuff that's not that important or that I don't want to be a part of the conversation about. I def. do that with news that I don't really need to just boost. Perhaps it's a form of virtue signalling.
