These Peertube spammers are really starting to annoy me. It seems the videos are all from the same company, and they create a new Gmail address and Peertube account for each video.@rigelk @Chocobozzz Any idea what to do about this? Banning each account manually is not a solution. @mole suggested filtering the video titles (or maybe email addresses) to block them.

A extra security feature for consideration is individual user storage quota. So newly signed up users has limited as 3 uploaded till moderators/admin increase or even auto increase a month time.#Peertube@nutomic

@noorul Uploads are already limited to 500 MB per day on my instance. Anyway, the spammers are only posting a single video from each account. I'm banning the accounts, but that doesn't help because they just create new ones.

@noorul Not sure about that, then they will just keep spamming other instances.

likely they will. But it seems your instance is one of the top with 838 users & 1446 video upload. My recommendation for disable new user registration for 1-2 days.Since we are at the beginning state of developing.#PeerTube@nutomic

@noorul 1-2 days wont be enough, unless there was a new Peertube release with better moderation features. But I will think about it.

@Chocobozzz @rigelk @mole Is there any way to do this in Peertube? I can't even find the IP listed anywhere.
