       I'm probably late to the party, but I just realised that the fat acceptance movement is an example of postmodernism (values are relative) and critical theory (place everyone on a matrix of oppression).Good: Not being an asshole to fat people.Bad: Claiming that being fat is good.

       @thor I think you've made a mistake in your terms. I believe It's intersectionality that places everyone in a matrix of oppression. Critical theory is secular religion. An absolute belief is posited which you want to be true and therefore MUST be true and all evidence to the contrary actively suppressed.

       @Douglewars It's frightening that sociologists learn this shit. They learn to reject logical positivism, meaning that subjective experience is sufficient evidence for them.
