       @BrutustheBritish 1. Watching the "whole known network" (at least in Pleroma) and looking more closely at anything that isn't anime.2. Once you find some people, look at their following and followers list.3. Spam other platforms to get some of your friends over to here.

       @RobertCardwell right, ok, yeah I did that and my friend joined and he sent me a link to his profile but it doesn't seem to work.

       @BrutustheBritish If you found his profile then click the Follow button. it usually works with one click but often doesn't show the change until you refresh the page. That button is often a bit wonky.
