A disadvantage of aging is that it becomes increasingly difficult to find comfortable walking shoes.

@Douglewars I'm not that old, but weight issues (currently being resolved; had bariatric surgery) has caused me to face some ageing-related issues early. It didn't use to matter which shoes I wore. Just about anything was fine, but now I have to hunt around. My current walking shoes are some leather sneakers that I found in an old fashioned shoe shop. They're actually much more comfortable than any of the fancy synthetic material sneakers I've owned. Leather seems to be better at gradually stretching to fit your foot than synthetic materials. I'm also searching for a better bed. More so than before, I'm willing to spend extra money on quality.
