       @fitheach This is the second time I have made it. Used 85 % chocolate and Creme fraiche (didn't get double cream, but Creme fraiche is close enough). The taste reminds me of a very dark Mousse au chocolat. One wee (πŸ˜‰) square and you are stuffed and happy - which I like 😊

       @fitheach I am really talking about a tiny piece. This stuff is massive, trust me. One piece feels like an entire bowl of Mousse au chocolat. But the feeling when it melts in your mouth ... 😍Just make sure to use more double cream than chocolate. No, I did not put erythritol in it, I like it 'dark' πŸ˜€ Last time, I put vanilla extract in it, but couldn't really taste it, so I didn't use it this time.
