       Spending this Thanksgiving weekend Saturday making mead for the first time. 5 gallons (19l) to start which will then be split into two. One will remain local honey mead, and the other a melomel by adding local elderberry juice made my my MiL. Wish me luck. 🤞 #homebrewing #mead #melomel
