       Apparently cosplaying and minding your own business=being a dick. Did it not register into OP's brain that1) This was in a mall and not Disney World ffs 2) Kids should know characters aren't real around the same time they learn Santa Claus isn't real 3)Obnoxious kids exist not every child is a goody two shoes 4)Being in costumes doesn't mean obligation to be in character5) Being nice to kids (well mannered ones) is commonsense. You don't need to be in character to be nice. But not every adult will be nice nor should they be obligated to be nice if they do not want to be6) You must hate cosplayers with social anxiety problems that just want to peacefully walk in costume with no issues7) No decent parent lets their child run up to a stranger in costume, even if it's in Disney World and the character is Mickey Mouse1542911182568_adobe.jpg
