       @thatcosmonaut they're pretty fun. i will say that in general they're overpriced, but if you've got some extra cash sitting around or don't mind treating yourself, they're a nice little escape from the usual bullshit for a day or weekend. lots of cool artisans and performers too

       @thatcosmonaut As far as I know, there's no upper bound on how fancy a goblet can be, because they have ceremonial uses in multiple religions. Envision the aesthetics of your ideal chalice, first of all.

       @thatcosmonaut Seek out a goldsmith, because you're pretty much getting that made custom. You may prefer to start by practicing on a pewter and glass one from the ren faire as suggested up thread.
