       Can we just admit that the 100ml liquids on planes is a farce and pure security theatre? There are cops with machine guns in Frankfurt and they let me through with a "oversized" thing of beer jelly we'd bought as a gift for my brother. But we get back to Canada and had a connection, so had to go through security again on this side of the border and they took it. Obviously, this is horseshit.

       Also, if our return flight had been direct instead of into Calgary, we'd have made it back without issue!
