       Have you ever tried to get a computer to do something for so long that when you finally get it, you don't notice, and have no idea which part of the process worked.

       @malin it’s either this or discovering it was something simple (wrong directory, logged wrong server, lonely curly brace, etc)

       @ryen Those are the worst, though I find they're less of a problem after learning a little about systemd logs.Oddly enough, most of my WATCH-YOUR-BRACKETS-! training came from a degree in Philosophy.

       @malin That's my life story right here. Spend hours on a fix and never write down what the fix was that worked.
