@kurisu @ln even if you don't go all in (coreboot and seabios) you still need to flash bios, which requires awful windows utilities and such.

@uint8_t @ln there's a bootable ISO option to flash bios, i think it should be theoretically possible to modify the ISO to change the splash.But yeah, putting coreboot on it is definitely super cool!

@kurisu It was a salvaged X201 with a locked down BIOS, we had to free it with some coreboot.@uint8_t
