Update on the disappointing customer service from STL Ocarina:After nearly a week of radio silence, finally got a response this morning offering to ship a replacement. They said the silence was because they were at a convention, though that would have been helpful to know BEFORE zero contract for nigh a week. It's not hard to set a vacation auto response, for goodness' sake. I frankly would much prefer my money back at this point, and told them as much, so we'll see what happens.

@YoVinnieThe ocarina coming from China is still in the process of being made afaik. Lead time for the sculptor is about 7 days, and then another 2-3 days for the guy who does the fine tuning and finishing to get it ready to ship before it takes the ride across the pacific.
