       @thatcosmonautI have nothing for spotify, but if you're using android, you can use the newpipe app on android for youtube because it has background and popup play

       @thatcosmonaut You can use mps-youtube if you want to use YT as a jukebox. Or you can just use it as a general ncurses UI for YT, if you enable video in it
